This charming cottage decorated in classic tones of butter yellow and Wedgewood blue overlooks Crimson Park. It accommodates 10 guests in style with high ceilings, honey pine floors and beadboard wainscoting. Relax with morning coffee on the deep wrap-around porch, accessible from the both living room and first-floor master bedroom. The living room contains a queen sofa sleeper, loveseat and an armoire housing a television with DVD and VCR. Past the living room is the kitchen with black granite countertops and matching appliances. There’s place for two at the breakfast bar, with seating for six more at the adjacent dining room table. Just past the kitchen is the master, where you can watch television from the king bed or unwind with a book on the chaise. The private bath features both walk-in shower and jetted tub.
The two upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath with a combination tub and shower. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the other with two twins, and there are televisions in both rooms. Also upstairs is a second living room furnished with a queen sofa sleeper, games table for four, and television with DVD. Outdoors, a gas grill and dining table for four allow tranquil parkside dining. Or choose from WaterColor’s many dining options, all an easy stroll away.
