This beautiful cottage is the perfect place for families to make their "home base" during their WaterColor vacation!
The first floor boasts a comfortable living area with plenty of seating for your family. Just off of the living area is a wonderful screened in porch with a long table perfect for lunch or dinner alfresco. Also located on the first floor is the kitchen, which provides plenty of cabinet space and beautiful granite counter top and a den area which is perfect for relaxing with a book or an afternoon siesta. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and is quaint and relaxing and has a king sized bed and a TV. The twin bedroom with a trundle bed is also located on the first floor and has a TV. For those of you with small children, the owner has provided a pack and play, booster chair, stair gate, stroller, bed rails, and a baby monitor.
The second floor of this wonderful cottage has two bedrooms: The first with two twin sized beds and provides a TV and VCR. The second has a queen sized bed, TV, and a door leading to the screened balcony area. The screened balcony is wonderfully appointed with plenty of seating and even a swinging twin sized bed which is perfect for a nap on a lazy afternoon.
The carriage house is a wonderful addition to the home and provides privacy for those staying there. The carriage house has a living room with a sleeper sofa, TV and DVD Player and has a seperate bedroom with a queen sized bed. You also have a small kitchen and dining area for quiet dinners in.
